URDA Client Out of Date?
If you are failing to connect to the URDA server, your client software might be out of date. To continue to improve our services, we have made upgrades to our server. However, the upgraded server no longer supports your current client version. To continue to use our services, you are required to upgrade your client software. Upgrading your client software will not change your existing usage statistics and you can continue to use our services with the additional new features that the new client software provides.
