The goal of a private partnership is to help grow ABV Sciences as an organization in exchange for services or an asset.  This may be by helping ABV Sciences grow it’s brain activity database, or investigate new applications of our technology and expertise.  This may also include providing ABV Sciences with additional lab space, access to equipment, or access to a particular patient population.  In exchange, ABV Sciences may help the partner investigate a particular research problem, spin-off a company that uses our technology or expertise in a new application, or some share in our existing organization.
